These terms apply to every decision submitted for examination through the Dzamisa AI Decision Review, including submissions made during the Dzamisa pilot.
Dzamisa provides decision support. It offers an independent examination of a proposed decision — the evidence behind it, the risks around it and the judgment required of the people accountable for it.
Dzamisa does not replace executive authority, legal counsel, regulatory advice, cybersecurity assessment, financial advice or professional due diligence. Your organization remains responsible for its decisions and their implementation.
Dzamisa will use the information provided in your submission solely to conduct the review you have requested, to prepare the resulting observations, and to improve the quality of the Dzamisa review workflow.
Your submission is stored privately and is not published, sold or shared with other participants.
Submissions must not contain confidential, regulated, highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information. Please describe your decision in general terms and remove names, identifiers and protected material before submitting.
Dzamisa does separately retain your name and email address, taken from your approved pilot application, so that the review can be returned to you. This is described in the Privacy Notice.
The content of your submission may be processed through the external Lovable AI service solely to create an editable draft for a human reviewer. This occurs only where you have given consent by ticking the AI-processing consent box immediately before submitting; that consent, the moment it was given and the version of this disclosure are recorded.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is advisory only, and is evaluated, edited and approved by a person before it forms part of a review. No final decision is made automatically, and accountability for the decision remains with you and your organization.
Your name, email address, organization, access code, consent metadata and the administrator's identity are excluded from the fields sent to the AI service. Only the decision text you write is included, so you must remove names or other identifying details from that free-text before submitting.
Submissions made before this disclosure took effect are treated as pre-consent records and are blocked from AI processing unless fresh consent is obtained. The current request is configured not to store the response for later retrieval. The underlying model provider's separate retention and training practices have not been verified. Dzamisa will not use submitted content for model training without separate, explicit opt-in consent.
Each submission passes through the Dzamisa review workflow: the proposed decision is restated, examined independently, tested against evidence and risk, weighed against the human judgment involved, and returned with a recommendation to proceed, revise or escalate.
Review outcomes are advisory. Timeframes for pilot submissions are indicative and not contractual.
Pilot access is granted by invitation through a Dzamisa access code. Codes are personal to the invited participant, time-limited, and may be withdrawn. Pilot participants may be asked for feedback on the usefulness and clarity of the review.
